2. PLACE YOUR ORDER!

When placing your order for the delivery address The Embroidery Store address! This way your order will be shipped directly to our location. No need for you to take it to us from your home or work, it will come directly to our doors. All for free, regardless of size!

3. SEND US A COPY!

Once you place your order, send a copy of your packing slip and decorating instructions. We use your packing slip to verify your order upon arrival. With decorating instructions already in house we are able to begin your sales order and start decorating!

 

4. EXPECT A NOTIFICATION!

 

Within 7 business days we’ll be contacting you to let you know your order is completed!

 

5. READY FOR PICK UP OR SHIPPED!

Once you’re contacted your order is ready come by at your convenience to pick up your order. Or you can ship with us too!

 

We ship with UPS, FedEx, and more! Simply give us the address you’re shipping to and we will send you an invoice directly.
